March 2016 highlights: Nests, eggs and half a dozen purées

It’s Easter! And we returned to the kitchen with Lidl and Michelin-starred chef Kevin Love to cook up a couple of treats with Mumsnet Blogger Emma, of Brummy Mummy of Two (plus two superduperstars, Erin and Ethan). On the menu? Savoury muffins in potato ‘nests’ and a dreamy hybrid of carrot cakes and brownies…

As if that wasn’t enough foodie indulgence for us, we also worked with Cadbury to figure out what on earth to do with those leftover Easter eggs…

Finally this month, we were really excited to be teaming up with the best-selling author and biggest name in baby food, Annabel Karmel, to produce a series of six videos designed specifically for Instagram. I love shooting for social media, and loved the styling element of this project as Annabel and her team have a great eye for colours and composition. Here are two of my favourite videos from the collection – a simple salmon recipe, and a red lentil dish.

Watch this space for a second series with Annabel Karmel, coming later this year.
